    At 3:23, the first personality had IDed himself as Kris Earl Phillips (Z100′s Research Director at the time). More info about him can be found here:

    I also believe that Clarke Ingram ( of KZZP/Phoenix and WBZZ/Pittsburgh fame) had did some fill-in work that day as well.
